Walkway

To build new transport arteries or work areas.

Walkways for site or public use can be made from our classic Mills Acram range (supports, rails, diagonals…).

In particular cases, our scaffolding and shoring equipment can be mixed. For example, our metal profiles, arches and shoring towers can be used together.

Site spiral staircase with side exit...

The Escalib Mills MDS (Safe Erection and Dismantling) is a metal spiral staircase with side exit. The triangular step then acts as a landing. Turn the Escalib Mills stair tower through 90° until slab of the steps is level with the working deck. The stair tower is constructed using a base, 1 to 8 modules that are easy to erect using a crane and a barrier gate at the top (maximum height 20 m10).
Erection using only collective protection (no safety harness) is simple and fast: just 4 nuts per module. Each module has foldaway barrier gates that are attached at one end.
The Escalib Mills tower can be moved by crane.
Its small footprint makes it easy to set up even in cramped sites.
.

Advantages : Easy, safe access (all the levels can be accessed without modification). Erection and dismantling using collective protection with built-in guardrails (no safety harness). Fast installation and mobility. Compact footprint. Only three different one-piece sections. Can be moved by crane. Compatible with Escalib 2- and 3-rail models. Tough and galvanised (powder coated finish also available). See the technical documentation Escalib Mills MDS :

Unloading platform

Delivered "ready to use"!

Mills has produced a specially designed platform to facilitate and secure access to trailers during loading and unloading operations. Advantages: Provides secure unloading. Facilitates access. The platform can be doubled. The size can be increased according to site needs. Alternative option of 2 levels.   See the technical documentation (Only in French):

Mini Escalib Mills

A compact, 1.2 m square, worksite spiral staircase with side exit.

This compact staircase is designed for restricted worksites. It uses the same principles as the standard version, with the same advantages: erection without harness, rapid installation and repositioning using a crane.

It is particularly suitable for accessing coffering or erecting on overhangs.

For staircases more than two modules high, provide intermediate exits so that workmen can pass each other.

Plus points: Easy, safe access (all the levels can be accessed without modification). Erection and dismantling using collective protection with built-in guardrails (no safety harness). Fast installation and mobility. Compact footprint. Only three different one-piece sections. Can be moved by crane. Tough and galvanised See technical details:

The new hexagonal version of the Mills Escalib can be erected safely by hand, without a crane, without tools and with harness. With side exits from both steps of the top flight, it can be used to access any height up to 4.9 m without additional steps.
It can be erected simply and rapidly using the same operations for each flight comprising an upright, a guard rail and a two step module.

Workmen can move up and down safely and easily, reducing wasted time and eliminating the risks associated with ladders. It has a very small footprint Plus points Simple and rapid erection using repetitive actions. Erection by hand without tools or harness. No small part to lose. Unit weights less than 9 kg. Only three components per side No scaffolding erection training required. Small footprint Browse the technical documentation: "Innovation and quality for worksite safety"
