guardrail for safe

assembly of standard

formwork:

-Where the walls and slabs round

the outside are already fitted with

guardrails;

- and the Tourechaf shoring is fitted

with decks at the top.

- Fitting 3.50 m high standards

with 0.35 m ledgers for the overhang.

- Fitting safe erection guardrails

from the deck. Fixing the guardrails

using ledgers.

- Next to the access to a small

area, fit the main beams, joists and

plywood from the Tourechaf deck.

Continue fitting joists over the whole

area of the formwork.

- From the panels already laid,

collect the first pack of plywood and

lay the plywood over the joists up to

the guardrail.There should be not

more than 25 cm between beams.

- Fit the final site guardrails fixed

to the joists.

- To remove, place the guardrails

on the edge of the slab.

Remove the shoring while standing on

the deck of the towers by unscrewing

the adjustable heads.

Remove the guardrails at the edge of

the formwork, the safe erection

guardrail still being in place.

The formwork components should be

lowered to the ground or placed on

the slab from the edge of the deck.

The towers should be dismantled

according to the instructions.
