For heights over 3.00 m, decks
between towers are essential for
assembling and removing formwork.
This is very simple using ledgers and
decking panels.
An access frame can be added at the
top of the towers to access the
decks.
The decking
must be laid
in alternate
directions
to avoid
overloading
the ledgers.

The safe erection guardrail
provides all round safety by fil-
ling in between each tower.

frames-including
an access frame.
3 - Move the
access-platforms.
4 - Fit the
adjustable head
and access to
decks if required.

If there is no wall round the decking, allow for fitting a guardrail.
