Assembling and dismantling... 6 E S C A L I B M I L L S : S I T E S P I R A L S T A I R T O W E R W I T H S I D E E X I T . > 1 - Rotate the base to suit the height of the floor being serviced (face names shown on the sticker). Install 80mm from wall to facilitate pivoting of the guardrails at the access level. Level the base. > 2 - Enter the module to attach the sling to the centre ring, barrier gate closed and erection guardrail in the horizontal position. > 3 - Position the module on the base. Bolt the 4 standards together using captive M24 screws. Unhook the sling. > 4 - Install a new module. > 5 - Erect guardrail rotated to vertical position and locked onto the step above. Bolt the standards together using M24 screws. Release the slings. Repeat steps 2, 4 and 5 as required, and anchor the Escalib Mills as new modules are added. WARNING: Check that the ground on which the Escalib Mills is to be erected is able to withstand the load. REQUIREMENTS: > Check before use that the railings are correctly locked. > Fit new anchors as new modules are added. > Dismantle in the reverse order of assembly. WARNING: Comply with the general rules for handling and stability. Fixings: - Module and base: captive M24 screws (36mm wrench). - Barrier gate: H-M16x100 hex head bolt (24mm wrench).
