M I L L S T I R O I R : M A N U A L L Y O P E R A T E D U N L O A D I N G P L A T F O R M The Mills Tiroir is a manually operated unloading platform. I t can be positioned easily by crane between the floor and ceiling slabs of a floor that has already been made safe. It is fixed in place with four jack posts or by anchoring it to the floor slab. When retracted, it does not hinder crane access to the ground below.When extended, it can even be accessed below walkways. When several Mills Tiroirs are installed one above the other, materials can be delivered to a lower level by retracting all the higher platforms. Its load-bearing capacity is 2 to 5 tonnes at mid-span. The Mills Tiroir does not need to be moved when loaded. It has a pedal operated ramp that can be raised for a pallet truck to take the load. When it is not in use, the Mills Tiroir can be retracted and locked.
