| The company was formed in 1939 by two public works engineers, Messieurs COPPEL and COULON, to promote the use of tubes and collars, in replacement for the wood traditionally used until then for temporary structures. |

It grew very quickly, first in sales, then in the leasing business, in all areas of application for temporary structures but particularly for service scaffolding and formwork shoring, until the company joined a major industrial group, in order to be able to support its significant investment needs.
After joining the SUEZ group, the company continued to grow, in the context of an LBO agreed in 2002 and through via a holding company incorporating the scaffolding firms previously owned by the parent company.
The company now has a workforce of 125 with its 2006 turnover reaching
30 M €.
