The bases can be placed on their side, alongside the modules, if necessary. The modules can be transported with barrier gates fitted. Example of loading Escalib Mills KIT (bolted version) in containers: - 40’ HC (High Cube): 45 kit modules max. and 8 to 10 bases. - 40’ standard: 36 kit modules max. and 8 bases - 20’ Dry: 12 kit modules max. and 4 to 5 bases. Erection guardrail in horizontal position. NB - For stability reasons, do not stack the bases during transport. - Attach straps to the stringers, not the guardrails. NB - For transportation use a flatbed semi-trailer. - Never store or carry the escalib Mills unit or its modules horizontally as this can damage them.
